The medical plan options available include three major types of coverage:

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), or (HSA) Health Savings Accounts. To assist you in deciding which option fits your needs, we have summarized the differences:

  • Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) - Doctors, hospitals and other practitioners, contract with insurance carriers to provide services at a pre-negotiated reduced rate. These providers are considered in-network. If you obtain service outside the network, you will pay more for your benefits.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)- is a special account owned by an individual used to pay for current and future medical expenses. HSAs are used in conjunction with a "High Deductible Health Plan" (HDHP).
  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) - Requires you to choose a Primary Care Physician who directs you to other health care specialists or hospitals within the HMO as needed. No benefits are usually paid if you go out of the HMO network.

Group dental, vision, disability and life insurance are also available. We are here to discuss your needs. We make this a painless process, so contact us now to talk to one of our representatives.
